Taking a taxi cab between the Singapore International Airport and Singapore cruise ship terminal should run approximately $25.  The queue for taxis can be long and you may miss your flight. It is highly encouraged that you keep a dollar coin handy (singapore dollar) and look out for a small blue box on the wall where the queue is. Go to it, put in the coin and order a taxi with Comfort Cabs. Not tourist know about this so it will speed things up and you will be on your way ahead of the others.

You can take the MRT for approximately $2 however you can not take your luggage on board.  You would have to hire a porter in order to have your luggage transported for a fee ranging from $20-$45 USD.
